Strata
A model's categories aren't designed — they're sedimented from a particular corpus, written by particular people, at a particular time. Strata makes the sediment visible, versioned, and contestable.

The model does not simply "know" — it remembers what a particular crowd once wrote. A ProvenanceEnvelope binds each ontology snapshot to corpus size, vintage, language shares, labor status, source URIs, and SHA-256 commitments. The comparison result retains both envelopes, so changed meaning cannot travel without its histories.

Compare snapshots without losing their histories
The standalone proof verifies two strict provenance envelopes, probes the same concept, and executes a separately committed case through both deterministic artifacts. Drift becomes concrete, reproducible, and routable: the observed result changes from other / manual-review to chosen / family-support.
